We require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or change an appointment.
If you do not give adequate notice or fail to attend an appointment twice within a 2 year period it may result in us unable to offer any more NHS appointments.
Failure to attend appointments means that other patients are deprived from the care that could have been available to them. We therefore reserve the right to remove patients that waste our time and resources from the practice list.
So PLEASE contact the practice as early as possible so we may reallocate your appointment time to another patient.
